EventSquare provides event ticketing, vendor marketplace, payment processing, and attendance management. We act as a facilitator between organizers, vendors, and customers.
Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Report suspicious activity immediately.
Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.
Organizers must post accurate event details.
EventSquare acts only as an intermediary and does not guarantee ticket sales or success.
Organizers must honor valid tickets.
Organizers must secure necessary permits.
In case of cancellations, a 20% service fee is deducted before refund.
Necessary Refunds allowed up to 72 hours before event date, minus transaction fees.
Vendors must complete verification and provide accurate business details.
Deliver services as advertised and on agreed timelines.
Low‑quality or false delivery may result in suspension.
